You know and sometimes it will. Your child gets sick, a loved one dies. Tend to what is most important and allow yourself the time to come back into balance.
But what if you're just busy doing this and that.
First of all give yourself a break.
Beating yourself up will just make you feel worse.
Just start again or pick up from where you left off. Easy!
Figure out what you need to get done and by when - be lenient with those deadlines if you can unless someone else has given you the deadline.
Make a to do list so that you can break down the tasks you have to do and allocate time to each.
Follow the to do list.
Reward yourself after completing your list.
Do your best.
Tomorrow is a new day.
