Here are a list of frequently asked questions.
1. What type of coaching do you offer?
My current group coaching programme is called The Career Reboot, this is an intensive 8 week programme with lifetime access designed to take you from a frustrated, invisible and unfulfilled artist to a happy, visible and fulfilled one.
2. Tell me more about the group coaching.
During the Career Reboot programme we look at where you are now in your career and where you want to be. You are given 3 assignments every week for 8 weeks that move you towards where you want to be. The assignments look at ways to make sure you as an individual are aligned physically, mentally and energetically to what you want. The assignments are delivered by video so that you can access them at any time. Each Sunday during a live round of the programme we get together on a group call for an energetic clearing session with me.
3. This all sounds a little woo woo and spiritual. This isn't really my thing.
The course consists of many elements - strategy to reach your goals, coaching and mindset work.
Mindset means the way you think and perceive things. The way you think and perceive things has a major impact on how you show up in the world, how people perceive you and your ability to attract what you want in life.
I'll give you a simple example. Have you ever met someone who was gorgeous to look at but then you got to know them and they were absolutely horrendous?
People are made up of more than one element - physical -the body and energetic - the personality/the mind - thoughts and feelings. More often than not if someone has a disagreeable personality they will repel people, you won't want to be around them.
When we work on the Mindset Reboot we look at all of our elements. You might be doing all the right things physically, creating art, attending classes and workshops, working on improving your craft but if your energetic self is not aligned to your goals you'll find yourself doing all the right things physically but not gaining any traction in the direction you want to go.
4. Hmm I'm still not convinced.
Think about someone you know who complains all the time, I mean moans and complains and always sees the glass half empty, now think about someone you know who is happy, upbeat positive, confident. Most of the time you'll want to be around the person who is happy, we like feeling good. Energy almost works in the same way, like attracts like. So in The Mindset Reboot we look at ways to create a positive mindset so that we can move towards the things we want easier and quicker. Most people have negative thinking patterns, sabotaging thoughts and behaviours that affect the way things show up for them in the world. We reverse these patterns so we can create a different energetic signal. Once we have this in place, things start to show up differently.
We also work on strategy! It's very important for Artists to also see themselves as entrepreneurs. We need to be action takers and take practical steps to work on our goals. You may think you've exhausted every avenue but art is continually evolving and there is more than one route to your destination. We also work on projects or ideas you have with accountability partners taking steps to bring them to fruition.
5. I feel fearful of this work. Is it safe?
Perfectly safe. It's gentle yet effective and you will have total support through the duration of the programme. Change is always scary for everyone no matter who you are but on the other side of fear is the career you have been working so hard for.
6. The course is expensive.
What is it costing you to not have the career you want? Frustration, misery, depression, despair, anxiety, anger, despondancy?
Artists are some of the wealthiest people in the world. They get paid to entertain, to provoke thought, incite conversation. Art has the power to change lives. If you had your dream career think about the money you would receive in exchange for your art.
Think about this as an investment in yourself as an artist, as an investment in your career.
Think about where you were 12 months ago and where you are now. Think about where you could be in 6 months time if you invest in the programme and learn invaluable tools you can use for life. Plus you have lifetime access to the programme (for the duration of the life of the programme) including all updates.
7. Do you have any free resources?
Yes. I have a newsletter that I write weekly. You can sign up to it via the website. The blog is delivered every Monday morning.
